Guest：The staff was always missing on the service desk. I had to wait 10 minutes for a person to appear both when checking in and out - not that much, but very irritating when you’re tired or in a hurry. Cleanliness of the room was quite average, some dust in the bed, so felt a bit but uncomfortable.
