Guest：Provided with friendly service. I had arrived very late as well due to the storm. Would recommend.

Guest：Whilst rooms were clean the hotel is very tiered. Musty smelling throughout, carpets threadbare in places and in need of replacing. Rooms and corridors badly in need of painting.
Guest：A comfortable hotel and good value for money. However finding it was an unexpected challenge. Walking from Hyndland station what appeared to be the hotel appeared as I passed the hospital on the left. But where was the entrance? No signs along the footpath, so turned left onto Great Western Road to arrive at a petrol station. I could see the Leonardo , but again no entrance and no obvious way to find one. So, off I set back to the road where the hospital was located. I could see the hotel but no sign of any reception. Eventually I walked round the back and found my way in. Only the following morning did I discover that there was a pedestrian cut through to the petrol station I've been to many hotels in my 73 years, but this one went out of it's way to play hard to find. Maybe the owners assume everyone will arrive car and their satnav will guide them . My advice to the owners. Put some signs up
