Guest：The bathroom door didnt shut all the way or lock. Red stain (looked like blood on the carpet) and we had to go to the hotel next door for parking and a shuttle to the airport. Stay at 4 ooints/royce if you can

Guest：There is very limited parking at the hotel which leaves out of state travelers out of luck arriving late. The parking lot was very icy. The bed sheets looked like they’ve never been washed, that was disgusting.

Guest：Fabulous room that was spotless. Staff was exceptional from the check-in to checkout. Early departure shuttle to the airport was seamless. Super comfortable mattress and pillow.

Guest：Overall this hotel was comfortable, the rooms are a good size and the beds perfect. Unfortunately we experienced 2 issues, one was resolved well by hotel staff (noisy renovations and our room was changed to a quieter spot - which we appreciated) but the other was an issue relating to other guests - unsupervised children were running around and slamming doors from around 5pm up until midnight and beyond! This was a shame as we had an early flight and had to get up at 3am.
