Guest：Staff did not welcome us the same way as other guest. I was charged for 2 rooms and they did not want to make adjustment. Cleanliness and space could be better.

Guest：This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, even better than other five?star properties like the Taj. What stood out most were the spotless rooms, the attentive and genuinely caring staff, and the breathtaking views from both our room and the terrace. We loved the amenities as well: the beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and the hotel’s easy access to all the fun things to do in Munnar. We were traveling with our one?year?old, and the staff went above and beyond helping us sanitize bottles multiple times a day, keeping the room clean, and making sure we were always comfortable. We stayed for two days and had an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

Guest：The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed. The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal. My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop. The pool is also great. The spa staff are professional and excellent, and the treatment rooms are clean and well designed. What truly impressed me was that I decided to check out early, and the staff phoned ******* on my behalf to make sure that I would get a refund for the night I didn't use. I would have no hesitation recommending the Panoramic Getaway to anyone looking to stay in the Munnar area.
