Guest：Can’t fault this hotel room was clean and spacious however think it would be better doing meals we went August had heatwave no air con walking through reception also no air con in seating areas in hotel made it in bearable to sit inside only place for cooling down was our rooms but got talking to other guests all said same thing a small bar and restaurant would improve it only had snack bar round pool so had to walk round in heat to a bar and restaurant apart from that can’t fault the room

Guest：Just returned from a long weekend (4nights) and it’s an amazing hotel! Great location, close to both Palmanova and Magaluf. Lovely and quiet but just a short walk into either town where it’s lively. Hotel is very clean and always kept to the highest standards. Staff are brilliant. Hotel rooms are spacious with unbelievable views. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Highly recommended.

Guest：We stayed here for one week end of August 2025. We had 4 different rooms during our stay. We paid for a pool view and the room allocated on arrival was 3rd floor with a big palm tree in front of balcony. It was a partial view and not what we paid for. This was swapped as soon as we went to reception. Got allocated 603 on 6th floor. Amazing view right overlooking the pool and sea view. On day 4 at hotel, we then had a problem which was not our fault or the hotels. Our shower was flooding the below room, a leak which was they couldnt fix so they had to move us rooms and offered us free drinks and snacks at bar due to hassle. The room they then moved us too was 3rd floor again but the view was not as good as what we had. Still a pool view but right over the entrance from the pool to hotel so lost our privacy and view. We persisted one night to see how it went. It wasnt great so we went to see about what we can do and we got the 6th floor again 615. A good view and privacy again. We preferred the original 603 but this was still good. A lot of hassle needing to move rooms but the service was always good and Diego and Christian were the ones we dealt with most and always helped so although we had some issues the main thing is they were all resolved timely. The hotel is in a a great area. Never used front entrance as the back door at pool area is open til 1am using your room key to enter. Situated directly between Palma Nova and Magaluf. Some nights we turned right to Magaluf and some nights left to Palma Nova. Great location and right out onto Palma Nova beach about 100 meters from the back door. Sunbeds first come first served. Door to pool opened around 7:45 to 8am each morning. For a good spot you do need to be down before 8:30 for a bed due to sunbed protocol. Standard though and used to this. Annoying having to wake early to go down then back up to room for an hour or two but this is how 99% of hotels are but once you reserve your bed thats you sorted for the day. Pool says it closes at 6 but you are allowed to stay and go in its not regulated. Most people disappear by around 7pm. Pool area is good compared to others i have been too and good sun trap all round pool most of the day. Music is played at the snack bar, drinks bar which is down from the pool. Wasnt amazing choice of music a few days was 80s stuff, George Michael, Queen etc. Would have preferred chill out Ibiza type dance but still better than no music. Overall - Service and Pool area are the high points. Clean hotel. Rooms were not my cup of tea but did the job. Location is one of the best in area. Wasnt full of groups when we were there and was chilled atmosphere by pool. Mainly couples and a few small groups but no rowdy hen or stags on our trip luckily. Some things to improve. Had a few problems with ants in our balconys and one room we had about 8 ants on the table at one point. The heat and people leaving food though we never bothered much on this. Guest：Hotel was absolutely spotless! Fantastic location right in the middle of the resort, so best of both worlds. One of the quieter hotels we've stayed in, but it was bliss at night time; you can actually sleep! The staff are so helpful, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are the best we've stayed in, with so much space, great big balconies, and a view that was just stunning. We had a sea view and were not disappointed. Definitely already planning to return.
