Guest：The location of the hotel was fantastic as it’s just next to the ski slopes. The hotel breakfast was good and the variety for the Korean dishes changes daily. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores that are 5 mins away. The rooms are spacious and was comfortable to stay. The rooms may look dated but it’s very well maintained. The hotel staff were also able to converse in good English and checking in was easy. Would recommend this hotel for ski trips at alpensia.

Guest：InterContinental Hotels Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort offers a comfortable and tranquil environment, making it an excellent choice for families. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, always patient in assisting and answering any questions I had. Both the service quality and overall atmosphere left a strong impression. It is a highly recommended resort and one I would happily return to for another vacation.
