Guest：In case anyone is looking for the agent, he/she is at the convenience store MyNews next to the bar. Me and my fiancé took a while to find them. The instructions is unclear and there were no email or messages to inform us where is the agent. The room is clean, and we thought ordering a one room queen bed would provide us a kitchenette because we saw the other room types have it. Maybe the hotel should give a better view of the picture to tell people that there’s no kitchenette for that room type. Also I hope they could provide a clear instructions for travellers to check in.
