Guest：Average hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and we had a separate living area and bedroom which is great if you have small goods. The hotel is in a good location as you can easily walk to restaurants and the beach. The rooms are in need of a refresh as many things are falling apart. Our towel rail outside fell off the wall, our bath towels had holes in them and our kitchen sink leaked. The hotel night entertainment is very loud. We struggled to get our toddler to bed before 10:30 as you could hear the entertainment in our room. We actually moved rooms because of this but it made no difference. The hotel has a soft play and playground for the kids. The former needs to be cleaned regularly as the floor was quite dirty. The playground needs some fixing as there were some potentially dangerous bits. Our toddler loved the mini disco and the hotel mascot yzzy. What we didn’t love is that a smelly drain runs the length of the stage and dance floor. This means young kids are directly next to, touching and smelling a drain. Very unhygienic and disgusting. Please move your stage dance floor.

Guest：Had a great stay here Suited our family's needs . Rooms spacious and clean large comfortable bed. Adequate kitchenette Kids club and pool we're great. Evening kahoots quiz was a hit with our children. All staff we encountered were friendly and great with the children. These are the small things that make a difference to your Holiday. Indoor bar gad a great selection of drinks mocktails,frappe and milkshakes as well as coffees and cocktails ?? ???? Self catering worked well for us as you are surrounded by so many eateries your are spoiled for choice . Aldi is also only 7 mins walk away so easy to stock up on breakfast and lunch items. Overall a lovely holiday to Palmanova we would return

Guest：Our first time in this hotel and we were very impressed. Great location. Good food. Clean spacious room. Modern bathroom suite. Big comfy bed. Super cool air con. Lots of pool room and sunloungers but we stayed out of England school holidays so perhaps it was quieter than in full season. Would recommend a pool view room to avoid looking out onto roads or a car park. We will return.

Guest：Amazing hotel. We came for a week 4th-11th August as a family of four. This hotel is lovely and clean and staff really lovely. Check in was easy enough. We had a penthouse with a hot tub on the balcony which I would definitely recommend. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel within walking distance. We got a sunbed most days with no issues but some people do go out quite early to reserve. The pools are great and lifeguards really friendly.
