Guest：We stayed at the Villa 5.6 since 3.09 to 14.09, 2023. The villa has seven rooms with a common kitchen and a small pool. The hotel has an excellent location next to the promenade and the beach. Couches and sun umbrellas for the residents of the hotel are free. Breakfasts are good with a standard menu for a hotel of that level. Every evening in front of the hotel's villas there is a musical fountain with a musical score lasting for an hour. As for the rest, there is absolutetly no entertainment. The hotel provides only accomodation. The staff at the reception desk is professional and ready to assist. The same can be said about the restaurant and spa. The only complaint concerns the room cleaning. The room was consistently barely cleaned, if at all. They just made the bed, folded the towels and that's about all. Sometimes they forgot to replace the bottled water, sometimes the shampoo. The funny detail of their neglect: there was a doorknob of the bathroom door broken. In fact, it was hanging only on one screw. The cleanladies could not but see that, but never bothered to report to have it fixed. The management should pay attention to the job of hotel maids. In general, I would recommend this hotel for a quiet stay in Sochi.

Guest：Это бомбическое, самое крутое место для отдыха!!! На территории фактически свой собственный дендропарк! В индивидуальном бассейне не пахнет хлоркой. Доставка из ресторана прямо к твоему бассейну. И местоположение отличное!!! Все очень понравилось приедем ещё!!!

Guest：Шикарный отель, очень уютный, достойные завтраки, лучший пляж на побережье. У каждой виллы свой бассейн, что создает дополнительную камерность. А также два бассейна в главном корпусе, один из них с водной горкой. Всё самое необходимое есть.

Guest：Шикарный парк отель, своя территория, личные бассейны, спа, море рядом, всё рядом, кафе, рестораны, музыкальный фонтан, набережная, отличный пляж, можно с животными, суперские завтраки! Отдохнули отлично, очень понравилось! Арендовали коттедж.
