Guest：We had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Samantha the fantastic concierge. She suggested the most wonderful places from restaurants to wine tastings. It made our trip so memorable. She is always pleasant, helpful, hard working and proactive. We cannot say enough about Samantha. She is amazing!!!! We love her!!!!

Guest：The attention to detail at this hotel is just amazing, it really blew us away. It’s skeletons and pirates galore! It was raining when we arrived and the hotel staff came out to greet us with umbrellas, they were extremely welcoming and helpful. We loved the water park and ended up spending most of our time there.

Guest：It was clean and really conformable hotel. Lots of facilities in the room. You can even do your barbeque in your terrace. Nice staffs.

Guest：Super fun pirate vacation Stayed here with my family and had the best time. This hotel is amazing, the level of detail throughout the whole hotel and waterpark is beyond anything I’ve seen before. Staff were amazing, rooms were amazing, everything was clean, waterpark was super fun. The kids loved the wave pool. We took the shuttle bus that the hotel provided to the beach one day and it was lovely, not too crowded, and staff made it very easy to get there. Hope to come back here one day.
