Guest：I booked the room for a friend who was super happy. Really lovely stay - thank you! The staff were always so helpful and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, the room was great. Location and security perfect - all in all really good and we would not hesitate in recommending it and staying there again.

Guest：Nice venue. Friendly service. Burgers were amazing and served with proper chips. Rest of the food was ok. Decor is stylish. Low volume background music. If you want to have a conversation it works, not noisy like so many other places. We sat inside due to the weather.

Guest：a wonderful but ageing place that needs urgently some refurbishment/refreshment for a 5 Star Hotel not suitable anymore. This aplies also to the pool that is under corstruction for at least 2 Years now Nevertheless freindly and nice people, late breakfast is wonderful and superb to meet and work in the front garden

Guest：Had dinner here on New Year’s Eve.Food,service and ambience was absolutely dire. five years ago visited the same venue and enjoyed a live band.The food on this occasion was totally uninteresting and the main course of venison was tough and cold served on a cold plate. dauphinoise potatoes was advertised as an accompaniment with the venison nut did appear.The staff informed us that the Restaurant would have to close at 9pm and they could go and celebrate.Avery disappointing evening apart from the Food and Beverage manager who did her best,
