Guest：Do not listen to any bad reviews! Me and my boyfriend visited here for 7 nights and it was amazing. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman on the desk who was very helpful and gave us a bag of food which contained Sandwiches and fruit which was great not many hotels do this. Service 10/10 Food 10/10 - Breakfast was great, they had a coffee machine which you could help yourself too , with hot choco and different sorts of coffee. Juices were great plenty to choose from. Food was amazing , very fresh always warm. We found that the chefs were always making sure things were okay on the display and lots of food was out at all times. Lunch- Lots to choose from , different variety of things, salads There was beer , wine you could help yourself too which was great. Dinner- amazing all different sorts of foods every night , which we really enjoyed and liked to try the different foods. Service in the restaurant was 10/10, the waitresses were very nice they were always very helpful with taking plates from the table. Overall the restaurant was very clean, and staff were lovely. Bar/snacks throughout the day There was always ice cream you could help yourself too, and again a coffee machine which was great , and sandwiches that you could have which was amazing, cakes etc Cocktails were great plenty to choose from and soft drinks! Pool was great many sun beds to choose from , lifeguard was always there which was great as many hotels don’t have this. Room- 10/10 The room was cleaned everyday by the cleaners which did a great job. Very clean on arrival which was nice, we had a double room with terrace , not sure what some of the reviews are on about , about being “dated” the room was very modern with a lovely balcony over looking the hotel. We also had a fridge which was very handy for keeping cold water in. Beach- Was a nice walk , just need to be careful of cars when walking and bikes. Beach was great it’s not a very long walk at all , about a 8 minute walk. When walking at night be careful as not many street lights down the walk way towards beach so be careful of cars. Me and my boyfriend hired bikes for the day which cost 6 euros each for the whole day which was great we cycled to tigaki. It wasn’t far at all , was about 13 minutes. At the end of the road by the beach there is a bus stop, with times to and from Kos we found the bus was sometimes late which is expected just be wary of this. You can also check the times in the hotel too, there is a board which states which times you can get it. Entertainment- Pool party - was great lots of music , drinks from the pool bar They had great singers in too which was amazing I really liked this. Overall , the best stay in a hotel in a long time for my first time in Greece this place was great, I will definitely be coming back as I really enjoyed it! great for couples We also made a friend who would not stop leaving us alone , will definitely be coming back to see her People complai
Guest：just needs a bit of up dating, although we asked for a room near to the main hotel this was not the room given to us and we had to change after one day
Guest：Nice place! Hotel is lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. A few ants but that can’t always be helped. The hotel is a bit outwith the resort and if you struggle with walking then maybe not for you. Taxis are few and far between and are expensive €8 for a quick mile or so into the resort and to walk back in the dark could be dangerous due to the lack of pavements and the darkness. A shuttle bus would be perfect maybe a few times a day from the hotel. Also, maybe some evening entertainment or a kid’s entertainment team for a hotel this size would be perfect. There is a smell in the bar area that is so overpowering you struggle to sit inside. Like sick or strong cheese so be aware. Staff are all so nice and work really hard. I would definitely return if a few changes were made as suggested.
