Guest：The room was so hot, staff tried to help and chance it to lower level, but no air conditioning… I have trusted the Scandic name before, but no more will believe they have good quality hotels only. We had to open the window and city noises made it sure kids didn’t sleep at all, what a rough night… I should have read the descriptions more carefully, could not deduct anything from the price either unfortunately.

Guest：The hotel is in good location and staff were nice. However the hotel clearly needs renovation. The room was okay but nothing special. There was not any good view from the window. I had extra bed in the room, but it was so uncomfortable that sleeping in it was really horrible. The breakfast was good and i have nothing bad to say about it. Whem I visit Lahti again I will definitely choose another hotel. I would rate this 3/5 star hotel

Guest：We spent one night, and the hotel has everything that is needed. The room was comfortable, bright and well-equipped. Breakfast is good (as always in Scandic hotels), and it is possible to find any type of breakfast (cereals, sandwiches, fruits, etc). The room is very clean.
