Guest：I've stayed at several Bella Vista motels over the years, and several times at this one in the mid-2000s. On arrival for my four night stay the room was as expected, clean and tidy with the usual amenities provided. When I returned for the third night the room had been serviced except that the bed had not been made. For the fourth night the room was not touched: the bed was not made (two days in a row), rubbish was not removed, towels were hung on the rail as I had left them and supplies were not replenished as they had been in previous days. The salt shaker was also empty. The motel information clearly stated that the rooms were serviced daily and included an invitation to leave a review on Trip Advisor, which I've done.

Guest：The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However the fridge is unbalanced and noisy.
Guest：Staff very helpful. Drawback no written explanation of how to work the TV, even staff had problems. Last day TV was out as wifi was down. Bath in family unit should have a gand rail!!
