Guest：This is a lovely bijou hotel right in the heart of York. Room clean and bed comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in room. We had breakfast delivered to our room in a really quaint basket. We will definitely stay again.
Guest：We stayed here on the night before and after our wedding, it’s perfectly located for the York Registry Office and this guest house is beautiful, quirky and very welcoming! We stayed in Room 7, which is a spacious and tastefully decorated family room for 3 people. The host team were friendly and responsive from the moment we enquired about the initial booking, we had a reserved parking space and clear instructions for checking in (which they allow earlier than when the room is free for anyone wishing to spend time in the city during their arrival day). The breakfast choice and service was lovely and there were cakes and drinks available at any time during our stay. This place is highly recommended for anyone who likes character and a friendly service.

Guest：We had a wonderful stay for my birthday weekend in York. The room was spotlessly clean and warm. There was a range of tea and coffee available in the room, they even went as far as to provide oat milk and vegan snacks for us which was a gorgeous touch. The downstairs area is lovely and welcoming, with lots of board games and even more snacks. There was even a drawer of chargers. Breakfast in bed was lovely, served in a basket, they were very accommodating to dietary needs and allergies. This guesthouse is full of little details and touches that make it levels above others we have stayed in. Overall a wonderful stay, we were only sad we couldn’t stay longer.
