Guest：This hotel has several significant issues. Firstly, they require a 10,000 DZD deposit upon check-in, but they don't inform you that this deposit is specifically for late check-out. If you charge any food to your room, they will call you as late as 1 AM, insisting that you immediately pay the restaurant bill, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and there is mold in the bathrooms. Additionally, the room service is extremely poor—you could be calling them around the clock, yet your requests may never be fulfilled. The best solution for this place would be demolition.

Guest：Wonderful!!! I wish I had more time there. It was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and amazing especially Louisa in the Club Lounge. The food is excellent. I am still thinking about the food. I also felt very safe and secure.
