Guest：The small town of Ubeda offers a very comfortable rest in the center of town. Rooms are large, bathroom good sized with large towels and a good taverna and a restaurant. Its a mix of old style quaint with modern anenities. A separate door closes off each section of bedrooms to keep them warmer. Restaurant breakfast buffet is delicious with hot foods, coffee, cold cuts and delicious bread. Dinner in the restaurant was good with some having lamb chops, seafood and rice or a vegetarian lasagna. Dessert was a Holy Week confection with chocolate gelato. All delicious.

Guest：Location is the best. We were on a Rick Steves tour of Andalusia and Ubeda was our second stop. Literally a palace converted into a hotel. Location is amazing, as is Ubeda. A somewhat undiscovered town. Amazing history and beautiful surroundings. Hotel had large rooms and baths, many with views of the square. Breakfast was very good. Hotel also offered drinks and dinner if so desired. And has an elevator.

Guest：amazing building/ hotel in a quite part of town, amazing room, with garden acess and comfortable bed. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

Guest：An excellent Parador in a great location & a wonderful town. Ubeda has some great religious history & they are very proud to show it off. A very laid back culture. We were made to feel very welcome. There were subtle differences in restaurant service, but once we got used to that it was a great experience.
