会员3934：来合肥出差几次了，这家酒店基本是首选。因为不清楚是否能及时返回，所以这次先预订了一天。从客户处出来，时间是晚上了，想再次订个房间，居然发现客满了，呵呵，看来圣大还是蛮受欢迎的！房间还不错，预订时还用了积分兑换了欢迎水果，但是，是打电话提醒才送过来的，不然第二天退房了，估计也就没有了，这种只订了一天住房的，我觉得客人到店后，应该马上及时提供，而不是等客人提醒通知。毕竟只有一天住宿，客人第二天如果要早早退房，这个欢迎水果的作用就无法体现了，还会造成酒店形象的伤害！这些细节需要注意！还有就是只有一个电梯，如果房间在最里面，要走不少路的，提醒大家一下，这是个小遗憾！前几次订的房间也都是在最里面，走的有些苦笑，这个不知道当初设计是怎么想的，这么多房间，就安排了一个电梯供客人上下出行，呵呵！早餐不错，种类还是比较丰富的，能够满足不同人群的需要！: 2020-11-28
