会员9870：第二次入住该酒店，感觉没有第一次干净卫生了，房间空调有问题，制热效果一般，卫生间浴缸没有手持花洒，非常不方便。早餐不发早餐券，非要带房卡，导致同房不吃早餐的客人没有房卡使用，不人性化。总之作为一家标榜四星的酒店，有很多需要提升的地方: 2019-02-21
