Guest：Room was nice but at check-in there was an extra fee for the bar whether you used it or not that was not talked about at time of booking.

Guest：The front desk people are always so nice and friendly. Truly appreciate them and always making my crew and myself welcomed every week. They always make it feel like home away from home. The front desk crew (we normally check in around 3pm) they go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need.

Guest：The room was nice and looked much like the pictures, but smelled of big spray or something chemical in the space. Bathroom space was very cramped. There was a school team of some kind running up and down the hall late into the night, and the hotel placed us on the ground floor where all the foot traffic had to pass by, so we probably would have enjoyed it more without that :-) For the cost, there are less expensive hotels in Dublin that offer more for the money but this one is nice.

Guest：Great location for Zoo visitors with lots of local options just slightly further away from the walkable chains. One of the elevators was out of order due to renovation/replacement, but it is good to see that the facility is beikg taken care of and updated. Great breakfast and water pressure.
