Guest：When we checked in, the front desk staff informed us that our reservation could not be found in their system. We spent more than ten minutes communicating before another colleague stepped in and helped resolve the issue. After leaving our luggage, we later realized that the front desk had forgotten to return our passports. Fortunately, we were able to retrieve them, otherwise it would have caused serious trouble. I hope the hotel can assign more experienced staff to handle the check-in process in order to improve the overall service.: 2025-12-01

Guest：服务态度还挺热情的，进出都会主动打招呼早餐虽然简单，但是还不错唯一不足的是酒店的水质很浑浊，我都不敢洗澡，洗漱都是用矿泉水解决的，幸好只住一天: 2025-02-01
