Guest：Our room was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The complementary snacks and a good quality TV were appreciated too. The only downside to the room was it was rather dark and the only light came from a glass panel in the door and a small skylight. All staff were courteous and looked after us well including at breakfast. For breakfast there were a wide range of cooked breakfast options however the availability of food was a little disorganised and there was a lot of waiting around for food to be topped up. The guest house was only a 15/20 minute walk from the centre of Chester and local restaurants. Overall we felt we had good value for our money.
Guest：Stayed here Saturday 31st January 2026 for 1 night with two friends. First time staying here but definitely won't be the last. It is absolutely beautiful here, the decor is stunning and you can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into every little detail. The beds were so comfy everything was clean. There was so much room. The walk in shower and jacuzzi bath was amazing. The staff are so helpful and welcoming nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was so good too. Less than 10 minutes drive into the city centre. Can't wait to stay here again will definitely be staying more than 1 night next time and I know my two friends feel the same and we have already recommended here to friends and family. Thank you for an absolutely fantastic stay.
Guest：The hotel was great with free parking. The lady who checked me in was very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and also the free parking was great. The room was very comfortable with drinks including a bottle of water.
Guest：Fantastic guest house warm comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of little extras bottled water,biscuits nibbles and complimentary toiletries. Extremely comfortable bed with quality bedding and large fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast was a little haphazard and regimental and the cooked breakfast could’ve been a lot hotter however There was plenty of choice including fresh fruits,yogurt cured meat and cheeses. We would highly recommend a stay here.
