Guest：The rooftop patio and pool was relaxing and wonderful for watching the sunrise, sunset and view of the entire bay. At low tide, the beach to the left was sandy and walkable for at least an hour or two out and back. Excursions to the the Marietta’s Islands departed from the moorings right out front.
Guest：I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Property was convenient at location once arrived however, far from the airport. Surfing was available however, a lot of rocks and my son received a couple of cuts on his foot and hand unfortunately. I didn't like that there was no food (breakfast, lunch or dinner included). No meal plan available.
Guest：The units are nice, everything seems new. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Great sized patio for evening glass of wine/beer, includes a lounge chair plus table and 2 chairs, with plenty of room for walking around with a great view. We were able to see whales from our unit. Our personal preference is that the bedroom could have used blackout curtains, but we are used to very dark rooms. WIFI in our room never worked, but we did have cell phones and hot spot that did. We get that it is fairly new. We were fine. Great location to lots of restaurants and a mini mart nearby. Massages just down the street for $45, were great too. Check out LaCabana restaurant, great food, great view and really good prices. For the area, one should know there are no evening bars, this is not Puerto Vallarta with clubs that go all night and dancing. Evening ends around 11 pm. This was great for us. We did not realize was that this area was a beginning surfing beach, with more advanced surfing nearby. Not really beaches with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Fairly rocky bring your water shoes. If you like a nice laid-back week this is a good place to go. Ride from Airport to hotel was $100 USD. The airport sharks will start out with $198 USD. They will take $100. Going back to airport, get taxi just down the street from hotel in front of mini mart. It saves a bit, if you pay in pesos, comes to around $80 USD. They say Uber is cheaper we didn't attempt that. We would definitely stay here again.
Guest：Rooms were awesome. Great views. Baths and kitchen were first class. Great coffee/breakfast location in lobby. Pizza kitchen bar and BBQ restaurant in lobby. Fantastic rooftop pool top pool, bar and restaurant for awesome sunset views.
