Guest：We always have a choice, always choosing to stay with Kevin and Sue. They are fantastic hosts and provide 5 star service - room, food and environment. Been staying here every year for all Goodwood events. The drive to the circuit is just 10 minutes and there are electric car chatting facilities 5 minutes away!!

Guest：We searched for hotels in Arundel area for the April bank holiday weekend and came across Woodacre B&B and found the reviews to be top rated. So we made the booking for 2 nights family room with dedicated bathroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a great choice and the hosts Sue and Kevin were very welcoming. The beds are really comfortable and Breakfast was a five star service, us & kids were very well looked after. The whole experience was better than we expected. And Benson the dog was friendly well behaved chap and owners kept him away as per request & when we had the breakfast.

Guest：Kevin & Sue deliver time after time. Perfectly located for Goodwood, Arundel, Chichester etc. The rooms are always spotless, the hospitality amazing and the breakfast will keep you going for most of the day. If you are really lucky Sue may even treat you to some home grown honey! We always have a choice and always return - well that’s if there is space ;)

Guest：5* plus. Woodacre has everything. Sue and Kevin are the perfect hosts, the accommodation is immaculately clean and the breakfast is amazing! Woodacre is set in beautiful grounds away from the hub but close to all amenities in the Chichester area.
