Guest：Lovely, helpful staff and the hotel is right on the river which was delightful. The rooms were a great size & the river views were terrific. I thought the room was quite dark & gloomy....a white or pale blue paint would be much more cheerful. A double duvet instead of 2 single duvets would have been better too. The breakfast, which costs extra, was ok but the coffee was very bitter. All in all though, a pleasant experience!
Guest：Hotel was easily walkable from city centre. Room basic but contained all I required. Hotel was cleanand safe. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. (Only tip is that the boat on the left is a restaurant (called Matylda), and the boat on the right (Klotylda) is the actual hotel!)

Guest：Room: comfortable, clean, Location: excellent walkable distance and quiet at night Staff: Renata is the best . She is very caring informational and helpful. Although I did not try the food, the canteen staff are nice. Only thing is pillow is bit high and hard.
