Guest：We were very disappointed with this hotel and part of us was our own fault to look at the reviews on other websites. The hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, especially in the rooms -amenities were lacking: the swimming pool’s water was cloudy and there were several tiles missing -breakfast was underwhelming: terrible coffee (tasted like instant coffee) and the food containers did not look particularly clean - the lids of the containers were constantly open and they’re were bugs flying around fruit and other food items at all times. No one during the breakfast service seemed to care about it and maintain things clean. While the surrounding gardens around the villas were beautiful, the overall property is in need of a significant update to match its potential. The rooms are old and in need of repair, as well as in need of new shower heads, curtains, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillows - which were all old looking and very much STAINED. The coffee machine inside of the room was also very very dirty. The beach area in front of the hotel is rocky, and the surrounding beaches are very dirty with litter everywhere. Usually I like enjoying the hotels amenities but with Cham’s House I was staying there as little as I possibly could. I would not recommend this place.
