Guest：酒店很好很好，就是太大了大的有点夸张，感觉从房间走到大??厅就要20分钟，??服务都非常好设施也非常多，??: 2026-01-01

Guest：Beautiful place, friendly staff. Everything was great only complaint was hard time navigating through out the resort. Food was great, no beach area where I stayed and was closed half of the time. Some restaurants not include in certain resorts staying at. Definitely worth going back.: 2023-03-01

Guest：The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and the service was top notch. Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast. Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.: 2023-09-01

Guest：Beautiful Hotel with a lot of arts and the focus on sustainability (what is possible in such a big hotel). Restaurants and Bars are serving at top level. The several Rooftop Swimming pools let you think you are in a different Hotel. The Parks are also amazing.: 2023-04-01
