Guest：Hotel in un palazzo vecchio ma ben tenuto. La valutazione positiva basata sul fatto che è un tre stelle con un prezzo decente, in una zona ben messa, all’inizio di via Toledo vicino al mare (5min a piedi) e piazza plebiscito e il teatro San carlo. La colazione andrebbe migliorata nella qualità dei prodotti. Personale cordiale. La nostra stanza era ampia, con decori un po’ antiquati (come turista si potrebbe dire folcloristico storico :)
Guest：What I liked: Fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, close to the Spanish quarter and to the Palace and harbor ! Great coffee at breakfast! What I didn’t like was the following: The Room is a little shabby and does not appear to have been painted in a long time! The room we had was next to the bar/kitchen area and we were woken up early every morning as you could hear everything through the thin walls! No mirror or hot water kettle in the room. Not enough outlets in the room. Noisy A/C. No view as the room overlooked a roof with barred windows! The breakfast was less than basic, the only hot food item they had was hard boiled eggs, which is perfectly fine except if you did not get there in time and they ran out then they did not boil any extra and you were told that there are no more eggs! Minuscule selection of cheese and cold cuts, lots of pastries and breads though!
Guest：Price too high for what was delivered. I would never recommend this "hotel" to anyone except an enemy. The price was high for a small uncomfortable room where the maid couldnt even clean the floor properly. Even was "wakeup" call was late. One had to ask for coffee or it wouldnt be provided for breakfast. The front desk was somewhat negative. One man was friendly, but a woman acted as though I was doing her a favor. The air condiitoning continue to go out and I had to notify the front desk.The room was quiet, though, and that is a high priority on my list. There were no distrubances from neighbors.
