Guest：The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one). The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told me to phone them myself (panic attack at this point as I need to get to the airport in time for check in which I luckily have). This is a cheap hotel for a cheap stay in Rimini - dont expect any luxuries.

Guest：A mixed score on the staff. The lady on duty when we arrived and over the first night was wonderful, could not do enough. The lady on duty the following 24 hrs could not have been less interested. The property advertised having free bike hire but the receptionist claimed never to have heard of this and was dismissive

Guest：The bed was horrible , so hard , only 2 pillows for a couple , no extra quilt for comfort , we woke up not feeling refreshed only back pain . Kitchen service for breakfast were SO rude and not helpful , definitely didn’t want us to have a nice experience so WILL NOT come back to bother the young man that was responsible for his disgusting behaviour. Location was great as walking distance to the beach . Tony and Bel

Guest：capisco che è un 3 stelle , ma la pulizia è importante (water sporco , non dico di cosa, appena arrivati in camera, che quindi dovrebbero dare la camera pulita) incrostazione evidenti nella doccia e nel lavandino , clima non funzionante e finto frigorifero , moquette molto consumata odorante da vecchio , colazione tutta confezionata salumi e uova di pessima qualità , per non parlare della tostiera orrendamente sporca !!!! ho tutte le foto per documentare tutto questo . L'unico dato positivo è il personale molto disponibile per risolvere le esigenze del cliente , ma che non compensa i molti lavori da fare per rendere l'ambiente della struttura decente ( ma tutti gli alberghi della riviera romagnola sono datati e decadenti ., sono rimasti negli anni 80 .) In conclusione il pernottamento è da 2 stelle cadenti assolutamente non consigliato per una vacanza lunga .
