Guest：Absolutely superb stay. From arriving gone midnight and a speedy check-in, we were told there was a fridge full of sandwiches to help ourselves with while all our luggage was collected and put on a golf buggy to take us to our room. Didn’t know where we were as a late dark arrival but woke the next morning to realise we couldn’t be any nearer to the pool. Excellent location and directly across from the Greek restaurant which had a quiet bar too. Rooms were fine, excellent air con which is very much needed and a great feature that the do not disturb/make up room signs fit in the slot for the electrics to work so air on on all day cooling the room after a day of 35c. Only thing I would improve would be the shower/bath, instead of the shower head facing across the bath it would be better at one end, if you’ve been in one of the rooms like this you will know what i mean…..but it’s hardly a deal breaker, shower still cleans you . Buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from. People say it’s repetitive….. if you pile spaghetti, chips, burger, fish, veg, pizza, salad, chicken, pork and beef and everything else that’s there on your plate in one go (seen many do this) then it will be the same every day!!! Just because it’s there doesn’t mean it has to go on your plate every day! Pool time was great……never seen a pool as big in my life, absolutely enormous. Staff get you going with entertainment there too but don’t mither you, excellent. Used the Stevebikes too, very friendly and easy and simple to hire. Expensive mini-market onsite, 5 minutes walk along beach road and a mini-market at a fraction of the price, nice stroll after/before dinner. A separate note, don’t let the Tui rep (Joe) scare you with “if you go to town there are only 17 taxis on Kos island and you might get stranded” or “as you’ve booked an excursion through the Tui app then if anything goes wrong I can’t help you as you’ve not booked through me”. Both completely wrong and misleading. Great little touch by the hotel for my birthday that they put a bottle of fizz and 2 glasses in the room while we were out during the daytime. Lovely little touch. All in all this was a fantastic stay in a lovely clean hotel, checkout was at 11:00 and we weren’t leaving until 20:00 but they have luggage storage, a shower block where the pool towels are and you keep your AI until you bored your transport home. Would highly recommend this resort.

Guest：We had the most amazing time here we stayed for 11 nights as a family children were 16 14 and 7. Hotel was lovely and clean every single member of staff were friendly and wonderful. The hotels beach is a little shingle beach but we still enjoyed it. We all enjoyed the food and we are fussy eaters. People need to remember all inclusive food will always be different to a local taverna! We found the bus service fine as we went into Kos town twice via bus and no problems. The pools are great the kids loved the water slides, main pool beds were all gone by 8am but we always got beds at the other pools. Yes it is a big resort but this didn’t bother us. We will definitely be back!

Guest：Pools amazing, gardens pretty, resort tidy, staff friendly these are the positives the rest is a shame. The beach is across a main road, no pedestrian crossing, can be a little scary as traffic moves fast, limited sun-beds which you can use for an additional charge, this is not disclosed until you attend the beach. Room is basic nothing special to mention, it does what is supposed to ie beds for sleep and bathroom for a freshen up. What I find really disappointing is the tea/coffee facilities, there are 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags but no milk or sugar, I asked reception for milk to be put in the room for my morning tea and was told I have to come to the restaurant to get milk, defeats the purpose for tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is limited storage for belongings, 1 wardrobe, 1 drawer and 2 small bedside units, not enough for 2 people’s belongings, I ended up leaving my clothes in my suitcase as there was no where to put them. Our room could sleep 3 people so this needs to be improved. The fridge had 2 complimentary bottles of water these do not get replenished so really didn’t see the point of having this in the room, would have preferred more storage. The room has a safe which you have to pay for, even the cheapest hotels I’ve stayed in this has been complimentary. As an All inclusive holiday I feel the drink choice could be better, you could get alcoholic drinks of local produce which are good, however when I asked for prosecco there was no other local option (no sparking wines), you could buy a bottle of Prosecco for 40 euros, which I didn’t do, I then found the same bottle in a mini mart 5 mins walk out of resort for 10 euros. Soft drinks were included but again some were free and some you paid for, eg, if you wanted a coke this was charged but Pepsi is free. The Booked restaurants are lovely, food is good. However the drinks again are charged, they provided draught beer & soft drinks for free. Wines and all other alcohol is paid for. For the money I paid, this was more expensive than other resorts I looked at. I’d expect a better level of perks, it would have also been nice to be made aware of the cockerel’s and chickens that roam freely round the resort, as lovely as it is to see these animals, at 4.30am every day I do not want to see or hear them, I feel I now need more time off to catch up on the lack of sleep. They are very load and so many of them all singing their songs that sleep has been an issue. For a 5 star this is at best 4 star but for the facilities I’d say more a 3 star.

Guest：This is advertised as 5* but I would argue with that rating. Rooms are very dated especially the bathrooms and you have to pay for safe in room and for sunbeds on the tatty bit of beach. Food was very bland in general and mostly lukewarm or cold! On plus side pool area is lovely and the animation team are very energetic and put on very professional entertainment each night. Bar and restaurant staff very hardworking and helpful. It was almost impossible to get taxi into Kos in the evening and I feel it would pay the hotel to put on a shuttle service into town as many other 5* hotels do. Be aware there are lots of cats on site and several noisy cockerels!
