Guest：Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quite big for suite room type

Guest：I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room itself was generally clean, and it was cleaned every day. However, one day, I was given new towels after the cleaning, but they were dirty. I informed the receptionist about this, and they quickly replaced the towels. The room lacked adequate lighting. The hotel had a convenient location, close to the Cat Cat Village and the train station for the cable car. The room also had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, and there was always a variety of options to choose from. The staff was helpful and answered all our questions.

Guest：Good location , closed to cable car station, Main Street, just a bit old facilities, staff are helpful, just no early check in.

Guest：The room was great. It very cozy.. location is good near to some must go scenery in sapa. Great place to stay. Nice view. Just add pillow. And deluxe room need elevators too. And be true as per booking that room booked should have fireplace. Though aesthetic. But be specific. But overall a great place to stay
