Guest：Actually we booked this hotel because it was very close to The ?Shrine of Infant Jesus Church Nashik. And it was the feast day. But the hotel is totally different from what is shown in the pictures on the website. It was horrible. It was not maintained well. Had issue with bed. The bed was very bad, they don’t provide services. Reception people are very lazy and they won’t help. O don’t know why the owner of the hotel doesn’t do anything about this? The complimentary breakfast that is compulsorily included in the stay price is pathetic. Don’t go for that. Worst breakfast ever. The staff tries to help but actually has no impact . So overall one of the worst hotels to stay. Never staying there again. Very bad. No outside food allowed. Reception is so lazy that they can’t even Provide proper services. I hope some other management or owner take over this hotel.. then only it will survive. Otherwise if this continues.. them it is the worst hotel. Owner what are u doing? Why u trying to spoil ur own.. reputation..(if u have one.. I don’t think so u have one) how come u can’t maintain this hotel. Just showing out outside won’t bring u customers anymore. Inside is worse than garbage. Please don’t go to this hotel if u want to stay. Hotel is very bad. Bed has bed bugs and other insects and bites u.. so it so unhygienic and bad. Don’t go to this hotel.
