Guest：Location is great in the middle of city also it was clean only drop point doors closed at 10pm .

Guest：The service is terrible. The place is still consider ok for the price but the staff are very rude and they overcharged me for the luggage storage. I asked for refund and the staff promised me that I will get the refund once the manager comes. But on the next day, they offer me 2 coffee tokens instead of the money for refund. When I insist to take my money back, the staff have many excuses that try to convince me not to do so. After I say multiple times that I want the money for refund, the staff taps on the computer and pretend to check something. She say that she need my card number, expiry date and I didn’t hear wrong that SHE NEED MY CVV! Horrible
