Guest：We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel. It was close to the Duomo and other attractions. The Front Desk staff were lovely and helped us to check in early. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and there was a dedicated staff member to just make coffees for everyone. The only point to mention was that as we were arriving, the door with a ramp did not automatically open and the bellmen did not assist us with luggage (just one step up), but it was a minor issue as we can handle our bags on our own.: 2025-11-01
