Guest：We booked this based on the pictures and reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived before check in time so they took our luggage while we went on a tour. When we returned, they brought our luggage to our room and booked a Fado Restaurant for us for the following evening. The next morning after having a wonderful breakfast( included in our stay) I found out the shower didn't work. We reported it to the front desk and left for a tour. It was fixed when we returned. The hotel is right next to the Castle of St. George on the top of one of the hills. To get to our tours we had to walk down to the city squares, going back was a little bit harder. There is a bus that stops near the hotel , but we chose to walk.. We enjoy staying in small hotels like this with lots of character and it didn't disappoint.

Guest：What are unique facility. Next to or within a castle. The roads going to it are cobblestone. Winding roads and it takes multiple left and right turns to get to it. Located in central Lisbon. Access to areas of interest was easy. The staff was excellent. There was a billing mistake made. They went the extra mile to correct it. I would’ve never even known that it existed. If you wanted a taxi at 3:30 in the morning, they had a taxi there at 3:30 ready to take you. The bar that they had was fairly well stocked. You used it on the honor system. What place has that kind of policy? We could not have asked for a better experience.
