Guest：The checking in process is rather complicated, but everything else is perfect. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and warm. Very comfortable bad and clean bathroom. The location is great. In front of the metro station and walking distance to the city center and all major sights.

Guest：Room Clean and house keepings good as well. Except It's hard to communicate with owner. Keys open to room so complicated. 3 steps 3 keys to get into room. Need to dial Italy number to activate the smart key door. For me I leave in US and my phone number not working in Italy. Luckyly I met one guy he helped me open door Suggestions try to make something else simple
