Guest：The property presents itself as a traditional hotel. It was not. There were no signs on the outside of the property to know we were at the hotel. There was no one on the property to help us check in, even though the website said someone would be there until midnight. We spent over an hour in a hot dirty stairwell trying to reach a human on the phone so they could send us a check in code. Apparently you are supposed to contact the property 48 hours in advance of check in to get the code. After all that I can say the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. And we were happy we didn’t have to spend the entire night in the hot stairwell.

Guest：This is the place you want for your experience in Naples. The location is the best you could wish for, with a beautiful walkable neighborhood and the Metro station right outside the building (Funicolare and bus stops are 5 minutes away). The rooms are the star of the structure, perfectly clean and with fantastic SPA comforts, especially the bathtubs. It definitely set a new quality standard for me when it comes to luxury suites. Staff is helpful and kind, they were ready to accommodate all our needs and help with any queries. We will need to return to Naples in the future and this will certainly be our first choice.

Guest：Inside the hotel is clean, stylish and with a great location. I would recommend a sign once you pass the gate. Fortunately the neighbors guided us where to go.
