Guest：Found hair in several places including inside the mini fridge and on the sheets. The utility port to charge electronics wasn’t working and my sister had to go out of her way to get it working. The shower pressure was less than ideal. And there was no breakfast so I don’t even know why ******* is asking about that part.: 2026-01-01

When I booked the room I was told I would get breakfast included and a king size bed room- when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that there were no king size beds available and breakfast was not included. If I knew these things prior I wouldn’t have booked. Pretty disappointed: 2026-01-01
