Guest user：We recently had the great pleasure to stay at the Kesslspitze Valamar Collection Hotel. We were booked in by Crystal Ski Holidays as part of our annual ski trip holiday. This is the first year that we have chosen to ski in Austria and it coincided with our first stay at a Valamar owned hotel. Kathy and I have worked in hotels around the world, rising to General Management at 5 star properties. As a result, we have also stayed in several more similar properties around the world in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. So when I say that this was the most enjoyable week we have ever spent, it demonstrates just what a fine hotel the Kesselspitze is. The staff, without exception were constantly brilliant, and were fine ambassadors for the brand. The facilities were superb and the meals served in the Restaurant were constantly of the highest standard. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff for their hospitality and assure you that this will not be the last visit to a hotel within the Valamar brand. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone considering visiting Obertauern and hopefully, our background will convince potential guests that we are well placed to offer this advice.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
