Guest：We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

Guest：The room was spacious and we could fully open a large suitcase comfortably. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. We requested an extra blanket and received help from the receptionist with the heater. On the day of check-out, the fog was very thick, so the outside view was not visible?? Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful staff.
