Guest：We booked online. We were extremely disappointed with the room. The flooring was dirty. The aircon was not cold enough. They never serviced and started doing only after we kept calling them. The fridge was not working. Breakfast was so so only. Every day, same menu. The staff were not up to the standards. They charge at 5star rate. But we get 3 star service. No international standards. When questioned they said hotel was undergoing maintenance. In that case why allow guests to stay. If allow why charge so high. Not worth the money you pay.

Guest：Overall it was a lovely experience staying. The hotel staffs were ever willing to assist. Immediate attention given to elderly person travelling with us and rooms were top notch. We will come again to stay here the next trip.

Guest：The front desk staff were excellent, especially Mr. Gobal, who was extremely helpful. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was well-maintained for guests. The restaurant served fresh and tasty food. I highly recommend this hotel.
