  • Guest user：The apartment we were in was fantastic. The office staff were outstanding. Able to answer all of our questions. Our apartment was everything we expected. The ladies that cleaned our apartment were great. All appliances worked and dishes and cookware were in great condition.
  • Guest user：This is my fourth time using Principal Apartments to book accommodation within the Merchant City area and they never fail to deliver. The process has always gone really smoothly and I have found the Team will go above and beyond when needed. The standard of accommodation is high and tends to have everything you need to feel at home. I have stayed in the Tolbooth apartments twice (last time was number 36), they are in an ideal location.
