Guest：Una delle peggiori esperienze mai vissute. Pronti via: attesa per controllo e rifinitura dell’appartamento al momento del check-in (siamo arrivati alle 17, avrebbe già dovuto essere pronto). Purtroppo lo stesso appartamento aveva pavimenti e tappeto del soggiorno sporchi e carta igienica nel water. Letto con materasso scomodissimo (ogni mattina risveglio col mal di schiena assicurato), oscuranti delle finestre inesistenti con luci intermittenti del parcheggio sottostante che illuminavano la camera come una discoteca (sonno rovinato per tutti), lettini dei bambini con lenzuola e materassini vecchi e consumati. Temperatura della camera fuori controllo (troppo calda). Uniche note positive: angolo cottura completo di tutte le dotazioni (anche se manca il bollitore) e lavatrice/asciugatrice in bagno (molto utile con bimbi piccoli che si sporcano spesso). Zona tranquilla ma con pochi servizi nelle vicinanze. Se potete, valutate altro. One of the worst experiences ever. Ready to go: waiting for the flat to be checked in and finished (we arrived at 5pm, it should have been ready by now). Unfortunately the flat itself had dirty floors and living room carpet and toilet paper in the toilet. Bed with very uncomfortable mattress (every morning waking up with backache guaranteed), window blinds non-existent with flashing lights from the car park below which lit up the room like a disco (ruined sleep for everyone), children's beds with old and worn sheets and mattresses. Room temperature out of control (too hot). Only positive notes: fully equipped kitchenette (although the kettle is missing) and washing machine/dryer in the bathroom (very useful with small children who often get dirty). Quiet area but with few services nearby. If you can, consider something else.

Guest：Wir waren etwas zu früh am Hotel angekommen und es hie? zuerst nach einem vorherigen telefonischen Gespr?ch, dass wir nicht vor 15.00 Uhr einchecken dürften. Es w?re aber natürlich m?glich unser Gep?ck im Hotel zu lassen. Als wir dann am Hotel ankamen wurde kurz nachgeschaut ob das Zimmer fertig ist. Wir durften schon einchecken und wurden sehr herzlich begrü?t. Das nenne ich mal sehr flexibel, weiter so.

Guest user：Very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable and spacious. The apartments are in a good location pretty central to everywhere. Jana on the reception desk was so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again should the opportunity arise.

Guest user：Clean, well organised, very efficient and very beautiful, we were 5 persons family and enjoyed there, the service and the hospitality were amazing. The best place in Germany after 2 weeks of travelling. The facility is new and highly designed, we found everything to cook there, washing machine, and great rooms .
