Guest user：I had an amazing time in Abaas hotel. The room is clean and has good view and the rooftop allows you to see the lake. The location is close to the busy area of lakeside between street 5-13. It is quiet at night because it’s not on the main road. Thanks to Binnie who takes good care of me and check in with me when my flight got delayed, Anup who is being so considerate and provide the travel advice to me and Manita who is so lovely helps me arrange clothes donation to local community. Also thanks to the security guards, kitchen staff, cleaners and bar tenders, they are all so friendly and helpful.

Guest user：We extended twice as best hotel we’ve stayed at in Nepal . Best breakfast for European taste and infinity pool and bar gave the impression of a far higher priced hotel . Great value and staff were outstanding ; so attentive and professional. We highly recommend this classy , cosy, quiet hotel !

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Guest user：Very comfortable hotel with all the amenities you would need. Comfortable, clean rooms. One of the best in the area. The hotel also offers a lovely breakfast counter and a rooftop infinite pool with some great views. Definitely recommended!
