Guest：房间装修很新，客房足有35平米大，卫生间干湿分离，淋浴房大而宽敞，房间宽敞明亮干净，服务态度非常好。下次出差继续入住。

Guest：设备比较新，干净整洁，设有智能语音控制，性价比高，特别是离动车站城西站和龙湖天街都很近，步行即可到达。

Guest：多次入住，体验感一次比一次差，始终保持优质才是真正的服务水准。本次前台办理入住时，出示证件后工作人员先是查不到订单，反覆确认是否为本人预订，告知是携程预订也依旧查无讯息，最后不知何因才核实到；预订时明确的升级房型，也未按约安排，经我主动发现询问后，才重新调整。进入房间后发现紧邻电梯口，下楼申请换房，结果被安排到对门同属电梯口的房间，操作实在令人费解。我询问两侧角落是否有空房，工作人员表示有却还反问我是否要换，我首次提出换房就明确要求远离电梯口，明明有合适房源却不主动安排，这样的服务实在让人无奈。

Guest：酒店整体都很新，房间智能化服务，餐厅房间都是现代奶油风简约大气，有免费洗衣房方便，前台服务态度很热情，周边配套齐全，到高铁站10分钟机场酒店门口有轻轨直达，不错不错！
