As a professional in one of Cannes most prestigious luxury hotels, I personally oversaw the complete renovation of the apartment to meet the standards of high-end hospitality and deliver a guest experience that blends elegance, discretion, comfort, and space. Positioned on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the apartment features a large Italian walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, integrated air conditioning, and bean-to-cup coffee machine (whole beans will be provided).

The apartment is designed to sleep three adults in absolute comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with satin sheets, natural goose down pillows, and 100% silk pillowcases for a truly restorative sleep. In the living room, a designer deep modular sofa provides a generous 227 x 134 cm sleeping surface, which is significantly wider than a typical single bed you'll find in a hotel (90 x 190 cm) and even larger than a standard double (140 x 190 cm), ensuring the third guest has plenty of space and a great night sleep.

My apartment has air conditioning, which is a real plus given how hot it can get in Cannes. Unlike other apartment for rent in in the area, my apartment is fully air-conditioned in both the bedroom and living room with separate temperature controls for each space, ensuring your stay is as pleasant and comfortable not matter the season.

Whether you're visiting for business, a congress event, or a coastal getaway, the location is exceptional. Located in the heart of Cannes, my apartment offers a prime position just steps from Rue d’Antibes and only 600 meters (0.37 miles) from La Croisette where you’ll find all the city legendary luxury hotels: H?tel Barrière Le Majestic, JW Marriott, Carlton Cannes, and H?tel Martinez. The Palais des Festivals is just 850 meters away (0.53 miles, an 6-minute walk), making it an ideal base for both leisure and congress guests.
