Guest：Lovely stay in Warri! Stayed at Swiss Rancho Hotel during a visit to Warri and I honestly had a fantastic time. For a newly opened hotel, everything felt smooth, fresh, and well put together. It was really easy settling down into my room and it immediately felt like home. It was super comfortable and spotless with quality amenities. Big shout-out to the front desk team, especially Divine, who was warm, very helpful and never stopped smiling and to Power the Pool attendant for the great service and positive energy. They both really made the stay memorable and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back again. P/S: Management needs to open the Gym asap

Guest：Swiss International Rancho was a very pleasant surprise. For a relatively new hotel, the standard of service, comfort, and overall presentation is impressive and feels well above what one would typically expect in Warri. From arrival, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the small details and overall guest experience. The hotel itself is elegant and well finished, with quality furnishings and a calm, polished atmosphere. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, including a well-stocked Nespresso coffee machine, a small but welcome luxury touch you don’t even find in higher end hotels. Food quality was excellent throughout the stay, with well prepared dishes that felt carefully considered rather than routine hotel fare. Cleanliness across the property was also consistently high. While the location isn’t in the busiest part of town, it’s set in a secure and quiet area and remains easily accessible, which actually adds to the sense of relaxation for a leisure stay. Overall, this is a well-appointed hotel offering refined comfort, excellent service, and very good value. Being a new property, I hope management continues to maintain these high standards, as it has the potential to remain one of the best places to stay in Warri. I would gladly return!
