Guest：Nous avons eu un rituel d’arriver comme dans chaque hotel Taj, mais beaucoup plus froid que dans les deux précédents de notre voyage ( Mumbai et Agra) Aucune boisson proposée. La chambre était agréable et avait une jolie vue sur piscine, par contre il faisait 17 degrés dans la chambre. Il faisait froid à l’extérieur et ils avaient mis la Clim dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé à mettre le chauffage, on nous a ramené un tout petit chauffage d’appoint qui ne chauffait pas grand-chose ! Par contre le responsable du housekeeping était très agréable et attentionné, il nous a ramené une couverture en plus. à savoir qu’il fait froid en Janvier au Rajastan et certains hotel ne sont pas équipés pour chauffer la chambre. Prévoyez en conséquence. C’était le seul de notre parcours. La literie est bien, nous avons bien dormi. Les restaurants sont cher et vraiment basique. Le service au Mawar était désorganisé. Et concernant le The Good Earth chinois, le service était très bien mais la nourriture moyenne et cher. Je vous conseille de sortir et prendre un Uber pour aller d?ner à l’extérieur.

Guest：Stayed at Taj hari (30 Sept – 3 Oct) Had a wonderful stay at Taj Mahal’s! The Food & Beverage team – Mr. Jaypal, Mr. Surendra, and Mr. Dheeraj – were outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and high standards truly made the experience special. Front Office (Ms. Priyagani) was very helpful and ensured all requirements, including a smooth room change, were handled perfectly. Housekeeping (Mr. Narendra) maintained the room with great professionalism and attention to detail. A special mention to the Doormen, who always greeted with a smile and opened the doors with such courtesy – a small touch that made a big difference. Overall, exceptional hospitality from every department. Truly memorable!
