Guest：We stayed at Riad Hanael from Tuesday to Saturday and had a very positive experience. The riad is beautiful and clearly very well cared for. The tilework is impressive and feels truly traditional, and the garden is a lovely place to spend time, with a small pool and a fountain that create a calm atmosphere after a day in the medina. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite. The room was very large, with high ceilings, and divided by a carved wooden panel that made the space feel both open and intimate. It opened directly onto the garden, which we really enjoyed. The riad arranged our airport transfer and, at our request, also organized a guide for us. Everything was handled smoothly, and we never had to worry about logistics, which made the stay very easy and relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We spent time talking with Mohammad and Mehdi, and those conversations were one of the highlights of the trip. They were always available, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This was not a short visit, and the riad ended up being our favorite part of the journey. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Fez.

Guest：Sehr sch?nes, authentisch eingerichtet und gastfreundliches Riad. Das Essen war hier mit Abstand am besten. Frisch zubereitet und marokkanisch. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich, schlagen Ideen vor und helfen beim Organisieren. Man kann sich auch im Jacuzzi entspannen, sich massieren lassen und schwimmen gehen. Sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis.
