Guest：We had a pleasant stay at Life Residence, had some issues but they were promptly resolved. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we were promptly moved to a different room. Tried to wash clothes in the laundry room but machines didn’t work properly we wasted a lot of time but again they promptly helped and paid for us to use a laudromat nearby. Bed was smaller than expected but confortable. Pool area was nice with a great view of the city. Location was the best , close to attractions and shopping area.
Guest：So we had drilling noise allday, Pool and sauna closed, whirlpool was nothing more than a cold bath, kitchen had no utensils, tv did not work. And receptionist just lifts the shoulder and looks away. What a silly place. Better have chosen another spot
Guest：LIFE RESIDENCE IS GOOD ENOUGH It's an unprepossessing property located in the "Centro" precinct of a mostly hardscrabble and unattractive city. Despite being in a noisy area that eventually calms down after 01:00 (except for the all-night party that roars 'til all hours atop a nearby high-rise apt. building), Life Residence is quite adequate. It's well-maintained. I had a suite that featured a double (queen?) bed, pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and balcony. For my purposes, it worked. LAUNDRY ROOM (basement): spaceous, spotless, comes with soap, even has a sitting area. Best hotel laundry room, ever! SPECIAL THANKS TO: Bruno (front desk). Every hotel should have someone who's possessed of his calmness and problem-solving skills. He's a pro. WHAT'S OUTSIDE THE DOORS: I'm a man who appreciates a good *** sauna. BH offers 3-4 within easy walking distance. For my money, Três Chic, a 15-minute walk from LR, is the best of the lot. I won't visit BH again, but I'm glad I gave it a shot.
Guest：Great property but i have 3 “negative” or should I say, constructive criticism to tell: 1- Dont charge for extra pillows (pillows are super soft and uncomfortable) 2- Blankets are super thin and needed a second one to keep myself warm. 3- the pool area is beautiful but the floor is very slippery when you get out of pool…i took a tumble myself, almost fell…and later I spoke to the manager about it. It could have been a really disaster and ruined my vacation.
